This individual manages all activities of the beverage function for throughout the organization. S/he will run an efficient, effective, and profitable beverage operation across all NYC restaurant venues under the leadership and direction of the Vice President of Food and Beverage. S/he will be responsible for streamlining the current programs in use and creating an improved comprehensive program, leveraging vendor relationships and best practices. This person will identify, evaluate and develop strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction within the restaurants while ensuring compliance with all food and beverage regulations. In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the time performing each function to be solely determined by the Vice-President of Food and Beverage, based upon the particular requirements of the company:
• Attend Meetings
• Create spreadsheets documenting all beverage inquiries
• Monthly inventory, daily sales reports
• Develop Short term and long term plans and goals
• Complete other duties as assigned by Management.
