Jean-Georges Management is currently looking to fill a Chef de Cuisine position with experienced and passionate individual for a world renowned restaurant group!

As we grow our collection of restaurants, Jean-Georges seeks individuals with a desire for challenge and a talent for hospitality and service.

 

Responsibilities

The ChTThe Chef de Cuisine is responsible for working with the management and hourly teams to increase guest counts and to develop a loyal guest base. The Chef de Cuisine will take full responsibility for the Management and Leadership of the kitchen operation.

Qualifications

  • Able to train and manage a large staff
  • Able to stand for a 10-14 hour shift
  • Experienced in high volume food sales
  • Possess leadership, team building and implementation skills
  • 2 years of management experience
  • 5 years of foodservice experience
  • Exhibits superior technical and natural cooking abilities
